Oversized / Green Belt Lots
The Reserve at Bradford Park will offer 102 home sites in Phase 1 with minimum lot sizes ranging from 75 X 135 ft to ½ acre. Several lots will be considered Green Belt with an abundance of trees to assure as much privacy as possible.

Childers middle school scored 1362 which ranked #1 out of 4 Middle Schools in the City of Broken Arrow. The API is a numeric score created by the Oklahoma State Department of Education to indicate school performance and meet the accountability standards of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. The state average API is 1159.
